Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full and includes all original components.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
